Easy Soy Milk

Ingredients

1 Cup organic soybeans, steamed
3 Cups distilled or pure water
2 Tbsps, organic maple syrup or agave
½ tsp.

Pink Himalayan salt.

Soak dried soybeans in water for about 8 hours or overnight.

Wash soaked beans thoroughly, then steam for about 25 minutes or until soft.

Drain soybeans and let cool, then add steamed soybeans to a blender. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend for 1-2 minutes.
With an unbleached organic cotton nut milk bag or cheesecloth, strain milk over a bowl.

Creamy Almond Milk

Ingredients

2 Cups organic raw or sprouted almonds
4 Cups distilled or pure water ½ tsp.

Pink Himalayan or Celtic salt

1 Tbsp. organic agave or 2 organic dates, pitted ½ tsp. Organic coriander powder
Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy, strain with an unbleached organic cotton nut milk bag, and place in the refrigerator to
chill.
Hint: If using raw almonds soak overnight or for about eight hours covered in distilled or pure water in the refrigerator, then rinse thoroughly
before using.

Maple Lemonade

4 Cups distilled or pure water
½ Cup organic lemon juice, freshly squeezed
% Cup organic maple syrup
In a large pitcher, mix all ingredients together and stir until thoroughly combined.

Chill and serve.
Hint: Add organic lemon wedges or fresh organic mint to garnish.

Blueberry Smoothie

2 Tbsps, organic raw golden flaxseeds, freshly grounded
1 Cup organic blueberries, frozen or fresht
1 Tbsp. organic maqui berry powder.
1 Large organic grapefruit
1 Large organic orange
1 Large organic lemon
Place flaxseeds in a blender and blend on high
speed to grind out to meal.
With a citrus juicer, juice the lemon, grapefruit,
and orange.
Add all the remaining ingredients and blend until
smooth and creamy.
This berry smoothie is excellent for cancer, HIV,
fibroid, and many other diseases.

Oat Milk

1 Cup organic rolled oats, sprouted
4 Cups distilled or pure water
2 Tbsps, organic maple syrup or 3 pitted dates
½ tsp. Pink Himalayan salt
1 tsp. Organic vanilla flavor, alcohol-free

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy for about 20-30 seconds on high speed.

Strain oat milk through a nylon nut milk bag, fine strainer or sieve

Hint: omit vanilla flavor and sweetener for unsweetened milk. Will keep up to 4-5 days in the fridge.

Yields: approximately 24 oz.
