Anti-Inflammatory Tea
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
• 1 tbsp fresh ginger, peeled, chopped • 1/2 tsp turmeric, ground
• 2-3 tbsp raw honey
• 1 tsp freshly squeezed lemon Juice
• 3 orange slices
• 3 cups boiling water
Instructions:
Add ginger, turmeric, honey, lemon juice, and orange to French press or tea pot. Pour boiling water over, cover and let stand 5 minutes.
