Water fasting is one of the deepest form of cleanse one can use to detoxify the body. However, it can be dangerous, if the body nutritionally deprived. Many people are not only nutrient deficient but are very toxic. Fasting on water for long periods of time will only make it worst. Adding lemons and Maple syrup to your water  is a way you can provide minerals and vitamins to the body for those who can not tolerate this type of fasting. How to make this lemonade?

I use the Stanley Burroughs recipe of one-half lemon(approximately two table spoonful) and two tablespoons of pure maple syrup to eight ounces of medium hot water. It is tasty and refreshing and will help to provide you with energy through out the course of the day.
